PROVERBS 31 Women of Strength

PURPOSE:

To build, connect and strengthen relational connections, to build effective communication and to learn to set healthy boundaries in family, work, church and community with a group of fellow Christ-following female insurance agents for the pursuit of edification, accountability, spiritual growth and community.

VISION:

To encourage and develop female agents as Women of Strength and Dignity, women who are submitted to God as Lord of their lives, women who are growing in their knowledge of their true identity in Jesus.

PILLARS:

GROWTH :

• We seek to challenge each other to fully surrender ourselves, our homes, and our businesses to the Lord God Almighty.
• We seek to build and strengthen healthy relational connections with our spouses, children, families, business, neighbors and community.
• We seek our true identity in Jesus and we are acting in the freedom of that knowledge. Freedom is the ability to respond fully to God out of who He created and redeemed you to be, that is the ability to act and react in life as the woman you were created to be.

OUTREACH:

To strive for healthy relational connections; to be Jesus’s hands and feet to our spouses, our families, our employees, clients, fellow agents, our community and neighbors.

COMMUNITY:

To create a support system of like-minded women who are seeking freedom in their true God endowed identity in themselves and for each other.

INVESTMENT:

Hotel/travel/meals will be covered by individual agents. Registration Costs which include cost of the event, e.g. meeting room, banquet meals, guest expenses/gifts, will be totaled and evenly split among the group. There is also an annual nominal membership amount due of $155 to help with administration, insurance, website and miscellaneous expenses.  – ANNUAL DUE WAIVED FIRST YEAR OF PARTICIPATION for all new members.

MEMBERS:

Membership is exclusive to current State Farm female agents who subscribe to the statement of faith and commit to support our fellow Agents. There are other forums for insurance related issues available, so we respectfully request that discussion in this forum be related to the Purpose and Vision of this group.

STATEMENT OF FAITH:

Although this forum will attempt to avoid Theological debate, we feel it’s important that all members are on the same page in their beliefs and commitments to Jesus Christ, and thus we subscribe to the following Statement of Faith.
